What Does This HCD Blood Test For Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy Indicate?

im 6weeks pregnant..got spotting since 2 weeks..doing u/sound bia abdominal n transvaginal not showing any pole.ive done bhcg test n.it shows 4545miu...m.waiting for my 2nd bhcg test result.Doc also took hvs test to see where is my bleeding is come from.So I really need wat should I do now.& wat is my condition actually is...

hi healthcare magic user, please let me know about your period pattern? do you have any of the ultrasound showed heart beat of baby? do you have history of passage of fleshy mass per vaginal, any history of pain with vaginal bleeding?any history of fever? so that I guide further.
first Value of BHCG is not corresponding to 6wks of gestation.
next value of BHCG should be Double or more than previous value.
Hope you must be taking progesterone, folic acid.
if ultrasound is not showing anything in the uterus and BHCG is going up it could be ectopic pregnancy.
High vaginal scab will help to rule out local infection if any.
