What Does This HIDA Scan Result For Nausea, gastritis And Constipation Indicate?
My heida scan showed my gallbladder functioning at only 8%. Endoscope and colonoscopy were normal. Constant heaviness & some aching in upper rt. quadrant; nausea, tremendous gas, constipation.Should I consider surgery? My GI suggested consulting a surgeon
If the function of gall bladder is so low yes you should consult a surgeon but I guess that a stone or some stones might be the cause. Please discuss with your doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
