What Does This HSG Report Mean?

My HSG report says the following. Does this means my tubes are blocked. The uterine cavity appears normal, without filling defect. There is opacification of the fallopian tubes bilaterally. There is free spill identified bilaterally. The post drain image shows no fluid loculations
