Hi doctor, can you explain to me the meaning of this finding and impression? Findings: The uterus demonstrates an arcuate appearance without evidence of filling defect. There is absent free spill bilaterally with dilatation of the proximal fallopian tubes. The distal fallopian tubes demonstrate a normal contour and appearance without evidence of scarring or dilatation. IMPRESSION: 1. BILATERAL HYDROSALPINX WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF FREE SPILL BILATERALLY. 2.
