Hi doctor, good day to you.. quick question.. i just done my HSG test and here is the result; a unicornuate uterus flexed to the right is seen. faint filling defect seen within it. features are in keeping with sub-mucosal myoma. a single fallopian tube seen arising from the apex. the peritoneal spillage of contrast however is loculated in the para-fimbrial region. this could be due to adhesion
