What Does This HSG Test Report Mean?

i m 25 years old. i m trying to conceive from 2 and a half years.my husband s test is ok and my hsg test report says ( the uterine cavity and both fallopian tubes are normal and there is free peritoneal spill on the either sides suggestive of bilateral tubal patency.) plz clear me..and my tsh , Lh, fsh prolaelem test are ok..now i m taking ovalife, evecare from last month.my first day of cycle in april is on 18th date and in may is 23rd..plz clear me about my ovulation time?

Hello there,
Your reports are normal. According to them there should be no problem in you conceiving as your reproductive organs are fine. Estimating from your dates your cycle is 35 days and your expected date of ovulation is 13th of June. So you can have relations with your husband on the 12th, 13th or 14th because the ova(eggs) survive in the fallopian tubes between 12-48 hours. So chances of fertilization are maximum between 12th to 14th of june.
