What Does This HSG Test Report Mean?

Hi doctor I have been infertile for three years now. My question is my tube test shows uterus as normal.where as my hsg and laproscopy shows dense intrauterine adhesions. Does not tube test reveal dense intrauterine adhesions. Also is there any chance I concieve without ivf

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern to conceive.
As per the findings you have mentioned, your HSG and laproscopy shows dense intrauterine adhesions. This would decrease your chances of conceiving naturally as it would affect the patency of fallopian tube.
It is better you need to consider the option to conceive with IVF as the natural path has been disturbed.
