What Does This HVS Test Result Indicate?

Hi I just got a result from the lab and after doing a HVS test but didn t find a doctor around to interpret. Pls what does this mean?; Pus cell 0-2hpf, Epithelial cells 0-4hpf, yeast cell +, yielded growth of candida Albican after 48hrs of incubation.
