I understand your concern.
What report you have furnished is incomplete as it gives values about only two enzymes pertaining to the liver.
Creatinine levels with 1.52 is upper limit of normal and reflects the functioning status of the kidney.
SGPT with 64 U/L and SGOT with 56 U/L reflects two-fold increase above normal, and hence it indicates there is some amount of hepatocellular dysfunction.
However, you need get the following tests done to know weather
jaundice is present and what type, so that appropriate treatment can be planned.
1. Serum Total, Direct and Indirect
Bilirubin levels.
2. Serum
alkaline phosphatase level.
3. Urine Bile salts and Bile pigments.
4.
Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
