What Does This LFT Report Indicate?

Hi,I am not well for the past couple of days. I have a high fever along with vomiting and my eyes hurt as well. therefore I took a Liver functioning test and my results are as follow
Bilirubin : 13
Serum ALt : 64
Serum ALP : 141
Kindly tell me what is wrong with me

Based on the history and the results of lab tests given, you seem to be suffering from hepatitis A virus infection which needs to be confirmed by the serological tests after consulting a physician.
