What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Hi,
Do I need to be concerned about a small T2 bright focus left kidney, probable cyst
also, tarlow type cyst central canal at S2 level,
L3/4 small posterior disc bulge with bilateral facet hypertrophy and ligamentous thickening, mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.
Therre is a left posterior annular fissure with broad based posterior disc bulge. Bilateral facet hypertrophy and ligamentous thickening. mild left foraminal narrowing, minimal right foraminal narrowing.L5/S1 bilateral facet hypertrophy noted.
multilevel mild cervical spondylosis at its greatest at L4/L5 wherer there is a left posterior annular fissure with broad based posterior disc bulge.
