What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I was just diagnosied with the following. I would like to know my results in regular terminology versus doctor terms. I wanted to know my options.

Tendinopathy of the supraspinatus tenson with possible tiny undersurface rim-rent tear. There is also diffuse tendinosis seen in the dorsal. Aspect of the infraspinatus tendon. There may be a small bursal surface partial tear towards the musculotendinous junction of supraspinatus as well. Not mentioned above. No full thickness tear is appreciated there is overlying bursitis.
