What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Can you please help me understand my MRI? It says 1. slight reversal of cervical lordosis. 2. c6-7 central/ left paracentral 5mm disc herniation with moderate cord impingement and possible left c7 nerve root impingement. 3 c3-4. c4-5. c5-6 & c7-t1 posterior midline disc herniations Please help me figure out what this means. i got the MRI for a specialist chiro for other issues & i am unsure if i should reach out to a specialist

definitively, we are here to help you. cervical lordosis is the curve of your spine in neck region its slightly less than what it normally is this is sign of spasm or neck muscles, between C6 and C7 body the disc is pressing on back of your cord and is compressing the c7 root. there disc popping out posteriorly at c34 c45 and c7t1(these are numbers of your vertebra)

now the main aspect is that if you have symptoms then you need to see a spine specialist.
