What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I m a 29 year old male. 45 days ago i twist my knee during a soccer game .After that i had a very low swelling and no pain over a month.A week a go I had a MRI examination (Right Knee). The results: ACL edema from partial rupture, normal PCL.No problem in the meniscus. No soft tissue lesions. My only problem is that i cant inflect my knee more than 90 degree .it get blocked ,but no pain.I consulted with a surgeon, who adviced me to do a week s swimming pool.
