Disc bulge imply that the disc appears symmetric with a small amount of outpouching, and no significant herniation. -Annular tear is the tear of the outer margin called the annuus fibrosis and this causes the nucleus pulpous to leak and resemble the annulus fibrosis.This causes the disc to lose its integrity eventually dehydrate and shrink. -Treatment-Annuloplasty.
