What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

My MRI shows (1)board based disc pcomplex at con at c6&c7 level causingcanl and bilateral neural foraminal stenosis(2) disc osteophyte complex at c5-c6 level causing thecal sac indentation & bilateral neural foraminal stenosis.(3)degenerative cervical spondylosis .please advice me best medicine .yours YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, this could be disk degenerative disease and medicine may have very little role because this could be surgical condition medicine can only reduce the pain or give some placebo effects, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
