General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

based from your clinical picture, it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic surgeon with spine specialization, for medical and physical examination. your MRI reading is indicative of a stenosis (or narrowing) in your lumbar vertebral area with a possible disc herniation. it is important to consult with urgency, as nerve compression and difficulty in function and ambulation may occur. management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
