Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had an MRI and dont understand a couple things. Osseous Acromial outlet the joint is normal there is no os . there is type ll morphology. the coracoacromial ligament is intact. labrum/capsule there is globular(type l ) signal within the superopr labrum, without discrete tear. the anterior labrum is hypoplastic and the middle glenhumeral ligament is prominent. compatible with buford normal variant
As per my clinical experience, the narrated findings of an MRI does not reveal any major pathologic disturbances and may be secondary to chronic underlying stress or undue work task at occupation.
However, the details of current complains of the patient is mandatory to co-relate the report importance and significance on clinical grounds.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
