My MRI came back high gradechrondromalacia is present,subchondral cysts,large subchondral cyst in femoral head,the marrow is heterogeneous which could be seen with osgeopenia,labrum shows abnormal intrasubstance signal on sagittal.Tear or fraying of the anterosuperior acetabular labrum.Degenerate features in the lower lumbar spine
