What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

hi i am medical student & i want to know the result of this MRI normal vertebral alignment loss of lordotic curve mild degenerative disc dehydration at D12-L1 is noted circumferential disc bulge at D12-L1 level is noted indenting thecal sac, no significant effect on exit nerve root foramina seen. At L4-L5 level circumferential disc bulge seen indenting thecal sac and causing mild narrowing of LT exit nerve roots foramina normal MR signal characters of the lower dorsal and lumber spinal cord ,no focal intramedullary lesion are seen. No feature of spinal canal stenosis normal caudal equana.

I really appreciate your concern, the given MRI report is suggestive of loss of physiological curve that is seen in spinal cord and it is also suggestive of some degenerative spine disease and it needs to be correlated with the clinical condition, hope this information helps.
