What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I am reading my MRI report of my left knee. I have a complete tear of the medial meniscus at the juction of the body and posterior horn. I also have a moderate grade partial tear of my ACL and a strain of the MCL. Will this most likely require surgery?

Surgey is indicated in grade 3 and grade 4 meniscus tears. ACL tear is repaired when there is complete tear.
This report need to be interpreted with films so that one can decide about the surgery.
