I am reading my MRI report of my left knee. I have a complete tear of the medial meniscus at the juction of the body and posterior horn. I also have a moderate grade partial tear of my ACL and a strain of the MCL. Will this most likely require surgery?
welcome at HCM I appreciate your health cocnerns. Surgey is indicated in grade 3 and grade 4 meniscus tears. ACL tear is repaired when there is complete tear. This report need to be interpreted with films so that one can decide about the surgery. meet your orthopedic surgeon regards dr saad sultan
