What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I have p/q antibodies that led to 1 neurologist to a diagnosis of Lambert-Eaton. Mass. General neurologist said it is not LEMS but cerebellar ataxia instead. My MRI in Nov. showed minimal to moderate change in the cerebellar in 1 1/2 years . I have gone from working 60 ours a week to just barely being able to move. Do you think either of these diagnoses are correct

I really appreciate your concern, you have not clearly mentioned the symptoms here and without these nothing can be said for sure here you have just given the name of disease and no symptom are given, it may not be the disease as you have mentioned here hope this information helps.
