What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

On my MRI I have at C7/T1 osteophyte complex with superimposed central disc protrusion, L1/L2 left Pats central disc protrusion resulting in stenosis, L4/L5 disc bulging and facet degenerative changes with stenosis, same level a synovial cyst on left facet joint directed posterolaterally, and severe bilateral neural foramial narrowing with mass effect upon the exiting L5 nerve roots at L5/ S1. Could you explain a little about this? I also have osteophyte throughout my T spine.
