What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

My daughter is 51 and has two bumps on her head. the MRI showed there are there are 3 tumors. They are not protruding into the brain at this time. They are above the bone and above. She has felt a lump beside her left eye. The report from radiologist Myeloma or Lymphoma. I wondering if it could be meningioma. It reports an abnormal marrow signal in bilateral frontal and left parietal bones with enhancing dural based left frontalparietal nodular soft tissue masses at left high convexity and extraosseous enhancing masses the left and parietal scalp. Additional areas of abnormal marrow signal are seen in the calvarium and the upper cervical spine. Can you at least give me some interpretation of this report. Thanks
