Hello,

Thank you for providing a brief history of the MRI reports.

With the reports, it indicates you have cervical disc degenerative disease which is leading to disc in between the two vertebrae bones to go out of its normal alignment. This is leading to compression on the nerve roots coming off the spinal column.

You may be having pain in the upper limb, neck and trapezius muscle. the symptoms may include the tingling, numbness, sharp shooting pain etc.

As you have taken the epidural injection and also under medication why don't you start up with physiotherapy? Physiotherapy has helped many cases for the cervical disc disease and has excellent outcome scores in long run.

Using the epidural injection and medication is for symptomatic relief. But the role of the muscular system has to be achieved by activation of muscle fibers in the form of exercise for the neck muscles.

Research articles support the benefits of physiotherapy exercise when in combination with epidural injection and medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
