What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

My Grandmother has undergone a MRI of L.S. Spine. In the report,it says Grade 1 spondylolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebrae ,small marginal osterophytes noted at multiple levels, desiccated all dorsolumbar intevertebral discs and some more points are mentioned. I want to get a consultation on whether i should go with surgery or non-suregery. I needed a reference for the same. If you want i can send u in reports through the mail.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
1)As per the report the main point is (Spondylolisthesis) It is defined as forward translation of a vertebral body with respect to the vertebra below. The term is derived from the Greek roots (spondylo) meaning spine, and listhesis, meaning to slide down a slippery path.
2)Treatment will start from conservative therapy methods if fail surgical fusion can be considered.
You can send reports i will tell you in details about it and which methods will be followed .
