What Does This MRI Report Indicate?
Hi , this is my MRI report of lumbosacral spine , plz tell me what does this mean and what should I do , with great thanks : Subtle retrolisthesis is seen at LVS/SVI level . LVS/SVI lect osterolateral disc bulge is seen encroaching upon the left lateral recess and exit foramen . LV4/5 disc bulge is seen effacing the ventral epidural fat and encroaching upon the inferior aspect of the exit foramina bilaterally .

There is slight disc bulge and fusion of spine.
Consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
Most probably you will be managed by conservative measures and surgical fixation is not required.
