And it is given that there is a small round punctate area of blooming in right posterior frontal region in subcortical location? calcified granuloma. Is it dangerous?

Hi.
I have gone through your MRI repoyouand I can understand your concerns.
According to your MRI findings your mother is having a small mass in your brain called calcified granuloma.Generally calcified granulomas are harmless and benign(non cancerous).
Calcified granulomas are generally formed as a result of infections as seen in tuberculosis and fungal infections. Some conditions like amyloidosis also result in these kind of granuloma.Rarely a brain tumor may also cause this.
Since granuloma is a mass lesion in the brain, there are chances that it may press upon the adjoining brain tissue and produce symptoms. So you might need long term treatment to control these symptoms. If the granuloma is active and increases in size rarely surgical treatment is required.
You dont need to worry and I suggest you to consult a neurosurgeon for detailed evaluation and proper treatment.

Hope this information helps.
With regards
Dr.Shinas Hussain.
