Hi I can t sit stand or walk for long I m having falls due to my back locking up I ve seen my mri results showing (since cauda equina ) L4/5 bulging of the dural sac onto bony defect,significant type 2 endplate changes at L4/5 straightening of the lordosis remain a residual or recurrent focal annular bulge L4/5 containing a radial annular tear lesion indents the dural sack loss of hydration L5/S1 can someone tell me what can be done for me im in agony and it s ruining My life..please help me it was enough living with the aftermath of cauda equina and living with cronic pain this is so much worse now.

Consult your neurosurgeon who will start you on proper painkillers and will make you understand about the surgery you need i.e laminectomy in which the entrapped nerves are released and it's the best option for you.
