What Does This MRI Report Indicate?
I recently had a series of MRIs (imaged with and without contrast) for osseous lesions in my spine described as, mildly T2 and STIR hyperintense lesions with associated homogeneous enhancement, minimally decreased T1 signal. There is mild diffuse marrow heterogeneity. What does this imply.
