What Does This MRI Report Indicate?
Hi, The knee joints has many supportive bands of tendons around the two meeting bones. The MRI shows that one such band that is in front of the joint (anterior) is torn ie avulsed. Rest of the bones and joint is fine. The ligament can be repaired arthroscopically if needed. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
