What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Could someone transplant for me, please? 1. Stable congenital fusion anomaly from C2-C5 with C3 hemivertebra & C5 butterfly vertebra. 2. Slight progression of mid/low cervical spondylosis. 3. Mild/moderate canal stenosis & minimal cord deformity at C6-C7. No cord signal abnormality. 4. Moderate right foraminal stenosis from C6-T1. 5. Slightly low lying right cerebellar tonsil without significant distortion of the cervicomedullary junction. Such a finding likely falls within the broad range of normal variation.
