What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I am a 61 year old female. I weigh 145lbs I have DDD, but also am getting pain in right hip. My MRI showed heterogeneous marrow signal throughout my pelvis. Also osteoarthritis in both hips and SI joints with right hip joint effusion. Can you explain please

Heterogeneous marrow signal is nothing to worry about. When you get old the osseous cells start replacing by fat tissue and so the bone signal changes but it is a normal senile sign. And the other signs are characteristic of degenerative joint arthrosis, and riacutisation of arthritis in wright hip. You have to take AINS drugs and to be checked by an Orthopedist.
