What Does This MRI Report Mean?

I am 54 yrs old Female, diagnosed with VCS (9mm x 5mmx 4.6mm) 2yrs ago. My recent MRI report shows few non specific FLAIR hyperintense foci in the frontal lobe white matter on either side , in addition to slight enhancement of the tumor size. What does this mean
