Hloo sir namaste.., I m from Nepal.now I m in Delhi,I m suffering from head pain.i have done hormonal examination and MRI of brain also. Their I got my result is among all hormones prolactin is increased I.e.(27.30) and testosterone is low i.e.(14.80). ND MRI result is .. (loss of superior concavity of pituitary gland.small subtle below low intensity area in right half of pituitary gland on t2 coronal images without having any asymmetry between two half. Possibility of micro adenoma could not excluded) Recommendations: Dynamic contrast MRI of sellar nd suprasellar region.I m also medical student studying mbbs in rangpur medical college ,Bangladesh..my mind is not totally concentrate when I used to study or duing any work..I fell sharp pain sometimes..so sir I came here 4 bettr treatment..can u help me..
