Sir iwas operated for odg grade 2 followed by radio therapy &.chemo chemotherapy is running 4 chemo cycle has been completed before 4cycle mri done in this mri report THERE IS ANOTHER SMALL AREA OF CYSTIC ANCIPHALOMALACIC CHANGE ALONG THE RT ANTERIOR COMMISSURE ...NOSURROUNDING INCREASE IN PERFUSION NOTED SIR PLEASE CLERIFY THE REPORT IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE PRESENT scan shows post op cavity with wall calcification
