What does MRI report mean: Intervertebral discs show mild loss of T2 signal and decreased height at c4-5, less c5-6 and to lesser degree at c6-7... C-4-5 based posterior disc bulge/hernation effaced. The ventral the recap sac resulting in mild central spinal stenosisC5-6 braid base posterior disc bulge with mild effacement of the the cap sac .. Superimposed right foraminal region focal hernation results in mild right foraminal narrowing
Clinically it is suggestive of narrowing of cervical spinal canal, and intervertebral disc herniation. Commonly results or presents as neck pain, sensations in hand and pain in hand, or shoulder.
