What Does This MRI Report Mean?

my 3 year old son just had an MRI. the impression part of the report states Foci of abnormal signal intensity involving the cerebellum, brachium pontine, left anterior pons and bilateral thalami without associated enhancement which represent the sequel of NF1. unremarkable MRI of the orbits. chiari I malformation. what does all of this mean?

I really appreciate your concern, ideally such nonspecific report needs to be correlated with the clinical condition for which the MRI done, you have not mentioned any clinical history here, hope this information helps.
