What Does This MRI Report Of Brain Indicate?

I have MRI report stating that - I will quote: MRI of brain performed with thin coronal cuts through the frontal and temporal regions on flair & T-2 weighted images. This scan showed scattered throughout the periventricular & subcortical white matter bilaterally, without associated mass affect or contrast enhancement. Such features can be seen with microvascular ischemic disease, or as sequel of remote head trauma, but no changes were observed in the hippocampal formations or temporal lobes"
