What Does This MRI Report Of Brain Mean?

in my Mari of the brain Axial T1,T2,FLAIR diffusion ADC nap, sagital T1,and coronal Flair images of the brain were obtained, there are small dice of increased FLAIR signal in the centrum semi I ale and peri ventricular white matter in keeping with mild form of small vessel ischemic disease. Can you tell me in simple English what is going in my head and what is my destiny and Am going shortly to vascular dementia

The findings described in your MRI report are microvascular changes which are due to advancing age. They may be present in completely healthy individuals and need not to be worried about until and unless there are symptoms like loss of memory, altered sensation or muscle weakness in any part of the body, in which case I would suggest you consult your local neurophysician for detailed clinical evaluation and further management accordingly.
