What Does This MRI Report Of Brain Mean?

mild nonspecific T2 hyperintensity within the supratentorial white matter, presumably representing changes of ischemic micorangiopathy. Small remote cerebellar infarct. This is part of the results of an MRI done at the VA. Could you put this in layman terms, please.
