What Does This MRI Report Of Brain Signify?

I have T2/flair lesion s hyper intensity s in the right external capsule adjacent to the caudate nucleus and posterior left parietal occipital junction as well as one in the midline vertex of the right frontal lobe. I would like to know what kind of symptoms these could cause. I have a number of physical and neurological symptoms but am getting no answers from doctors or neurologists on what this MRI means.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the lesion that could cause any symptoms but it could be nonspecific changes some time it needs to be correlated with the clinical condition for which MRI being done else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps
