What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

yes i had a mri scan done this is what it read there is lumbar spondylosis with multilevel degenerative disease at l2-l3 there is annular bulging with central clumping of nerve roots no discrete nerve root compression at l3-l4 axialimage shows annular bulging paracentral to the left but no nerve root compression at l4-l5 there is loss of the signal loss of disk space reactive marrow change and broad based bulging with central clumping of nerve roots at l5-s1 there is more marked annular bulging central and left producing significant left lateral recess stenosis remaining thecal sac dimensionons are preserved normal s1 joints impression lumbar spondylosis with multilevel disease most marked at l5-s1 where there is annular bulging centrally and to the left as described mild stenosis l3-l4, l4-l5 with central clumping of nerve roots. is this bad
