General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, increased uptake on the upper lobe of right lung may be in concern with primary malignancy of lung as adenocarcinoma, chronic inflammation, previously healed tuberculosis, amyloidosis or others

* In my clinic, after thorough clinical review and evaluation of data of radiologic findings, I do suggest a CT or bronchoscopy guided biopsy of the lesion for further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
