What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

From 2 months my cousin is suffering from numbness body anaemia Dr. advice we done MRI Finding are: Degenerative changes in vertebrae and disc. At the level of c3/c4 there is broad based posterior disc bulge and spndylitic riding causing signiticant pressure on thecal sac and exiting nerve. Minimal spondylitic ridging posteriorly noted at c4/c5 and c5/c6 causing impingement on the thecal sac. No syrinx in the cord. No evidence of osteomyelitis. No tumor mass is seen. Normal paravertibral soft tissue structure. Normal cranio-cervical junction. Plz advice asap . patient hands and legs not moving at all
