What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

My name is Cheryl My MRI reads there is a moderate diffuse disc/osteophyte comples with signigicant compression of the thecal sac and descending nerve roots. There is narrowing of the lateral recesses. There is moderate bilateral neural foraminal narrowing with moderate impingement of the exiting nerve roots. Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and miminal facet hypertrophy contributes to mild central canal stenosis and mildly contributes to neural foraminal narrowing. The AP diameter of the spinal canal at level is 1.1cm.
