What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

What does this mean is it related to the tingling in my toes had for 2 weeks..can I heal it with physio? MRI of L/S conclusion :
Degenerate L5/s1 disc with features of a poorly defined annular tear and mild annular disc bulging. No significant thecal sac or nerve root displacement is seen at this level.
