What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

Patient (my father), 73yrs, MRI has revealed :
1.Lumbo sacral spondylosis with rightward scoliotic deformity and diffuse annular bulge L4/5 disc indenting the thecal sac with mild bilateral foraminal narrowing
2. cervical spondylosis with c4/5 to c6/7 diffuse annular bulges indenting the thecal sac.
3. hypertrophied facets/ligamentum flavum at D7/8 and D9/10 indenting the thecal sac on the posterior aspect. No cord impression.
4. Osteo arthritic changes bilateral hip joints.Pls advise for a treatment as he is bed ridden for last 5 months and no relief from pain and body has become weak also>Tks. <Vikas, Gurgaon
