What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

Hi. I am active, male, 59, sports playing - riding motor bikes, and golfing, swimming and rifle shooting. MRI shows posterocentral discal protrusion seen indenting the thecal sac, in c5-c6. Cervical cord at this level appears normal. Central spinal canal and nerve root canals are of adequate dimensions.. C2-c3, c3-c4, c4-c5, c6-c7, c7-ti have not significnt discal contoural abnormality.Central spinal canal AP dimensions: C2-1.6cm, c3-1.5 cm, c4 1.5 cms, c5-1.3 cms, c6-1.3 cms, c7 - 1.6 cms. Please advise relief, type of exercise, alternate treatments (homeopathy R11) etc.I am continuing ayurvedic body massage.
