What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

40 yr old female weight 157 lbs, no medical issues. MRI revealed the following:
c3-c4: Mild disk signal loss with minimal posterior protrusion effacing the anterior thecal sac.
C4-C5: disk signal loss and minimal circumferential disk protrusion effacing the anterior thecal sac.
C5-C6: disk signal loss. Bilateral paracentral disk protrusions causing mild neural foraminal narrowing. Mild left uncovertebal osteophytosis.
L4-L5 disk signal lose. Minimal broad-baed posterior protrusion with facet arthropathy. the lateral recesses, spinal canal are normal. Mild narrowing of both neural foramina inferiorly secondary to disk protrusion noted, this is slightly more prominent in right. L5-S1: degenerative disk signal and height loss. No significant protrusion. Mild facet arthorpathy. Mild right lateral spurring. The neural foramina and spinal canal appear adequate.
